The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that our products and services are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in customer service and technical support.
The candidate should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The Support Analyst will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing technical support
- Identifying and resolving system issues
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions
- Assisting with product testing and development
