JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP/HighJump system.
  • Responsible for processing system quality holds.
  • Conduct Distribution Centers physical inventory counts.
  • Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity.
  • Ensuring that the inventory management system is in agreement with external warehouses at all times and reflective of inventory intransit and onhand throughout the warehouses.
  • Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepancy report. Daily maintenance Brewery and warehouse transfer orders.
  • Expediting of intransit delivery.
  • Responsible for Key Performance Indicators as Inventory Accuracy, Customer order fill rate, Inventory transaction accuracy, etc. Responsible for monitoring returnable packaging loss within their regions.
  • Helps Supervisors to monitor and put action plan forward for the control of core working capital from a distribution perceptive and to proactively manage POC Filtrate in order to increase profitability, generate savings and gain efficiencies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: University degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience:

supply chain Logistics background, including direct experience working in the warehouse operations.- Experience working in a high-volume production environment with the ability to meet deadlines in a highly energized environment.- Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally throughout the operation.- Excellent computer (excel), analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.- Knowledge of powerBI, an asset.
