About The Position

  • Reporting to the Principal and/or her delegate, you will be working closely with the Bilingual Branch Administrator and be responsible to:
  • Purchasing of educational resources and office supplies on a regular basis
  • Support the office staff all day to day activities or events
  • Support classrooms/students in their daily needs
  • Assume the reception duties from 4 pm to 6.15pm
  • Help with lunch duties in the classrooms occasionally
  • Help team members with the outside in pickup duties
  • Complete other assignments as and when required
  • You may also be asked, from time to time, to cover the branch's support staff.

Who We Are Looking For- Excellent French and English skills (oral and written)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to establish good relations with both internal and external members of the community
  • Very comfortable with young students
  • Ability to prioritize within a fastchanging environment
  • Office administration experience in a school setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of Word / File Maker Pro/ Maplewood would be an asset
