The Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, internal controls, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving financial performance in a service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and evaluate the financial implications of business decisions.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparing and filing tax returns and optimizing tax strategies.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations and operational needs.
- Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to support business decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead and manage the finance team, including hiring and training staff, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with experience in tax planning and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications:
