CCCanada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying and driving new business opportunities across north America, focusing on technology solutions focused on but not limited to Cloud, VoIP systems, networking etc.

Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with varies industries, understand their needs, and present CCCanada's solutions in a consultative manner.

Your efforts will contribute significantly to our growth and success in the market.

About the role:


This is a dynamic, high-energy technical sales role in which you will bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building CCCanada's business and bringing the benefits of IT solutions to customers.

Typical sales will be $20k to $130k and typically involve POCs, multiple stakeholders, managing trials, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and foster relationships within stake holders in small, midsized and large enterprise to develop and grow opportunities along with your team.
  • Employ a consultative approach to selling, thoroughly understanding the needs of companies, and aligning them with the solutions CCCanada can deliver.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to vendor marketing, product, sales, and analyst relations executives, effectively promoting vendor products and services, particularly but not limited to Cloud technologies and networking services.
  • Assist in the preparation of customized sales presentations by tailoring PowerPoint presentations to resonate with specific target audiences.
  • Encourage companies to participate in latest technology upgrades, primarily by collecting customer feedback and improving user experience through the CCCanada platform.

In this role, you will:

  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
  • Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and receive leads from our account development team. (~20%)
  • Target accounts with 30
- employees.

  • Handle and manage mid-large deal sizes with confidence.
  • Champion and embody CCCanada principles & partnered vendors
  • Leverage your excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Engage customers with your strong business acumen, understanding the business, technology, and marketing environment.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and self-motivation, utilizing your strengths while actively working on areas of development.
  • Collaborate effectively within our dynamic and rapidly growing team.

Minimum requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's engineering degree in Mechanical/Computer/Electronics and telecommunication.
  • 3+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing commercial technology sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience selling to the executive level, with a background in selling technology solutions or marketing leaders being an asset.
  • High comfort level in closing transactions of up to $100K TCV in size.
