About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Client Reporting team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.


Your Role**:

  • You will work with Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with technology groups in the reporting ecosystem for implementation and deployment
  • Create and refine backlog of user stories that align with business objectives
  • Contribute to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal
  • Ensure quality work being delivered by performing product review and testing
  • Work closely with scrum master to plan releases that are goal focused and have positive ROI
  • Work with business to understand the use our reporting solutions

Product Development:

  • Define, sponsor, and steer development initiatives, through partnership with the business
  • Influence and guide technology, project management and operations team in solution delivery
  • Maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
  • Collaborate with the other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality
  • Perform Build vs Buy analysis to allow Citco to make the best choice in pursuing technology solutions

Learning Outcome:

  • Learn about new technologies including GraphQL, Data Fabric, and Data Virtualization
  • Exposure to a wide array of business and technology groups as you learn their data requirements and provide tactical and strategic solutions
  • Become familiar with alternative investment financial instruments and accounting methodologies in order to best solve for reporting needs

About You:

  • You will collaborates effectively with individuals of varying technical ability and business acumen.
  • Learns quickly and thrives in a fast moving, dynamic atmosphere
  • Understands relationship between granular details and high level concepts of a project and communicate these at the appropriate level for each audience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • Project management skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence project management products
  • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scum Product Owner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong visual communication skills a plus
