Duties
:

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, Faculty of Business, Information Technology and Part-time Studies, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative, academic and clerical support with primary responsibility as Divisional Student Information Systems (SIS) liaison for the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business.

Qualifications**- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration or Business Studies

  • Minimum 1year experience in team environment in an academic service office using a variety of computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Familiarity with student information systems in a postsecondary work environment would be an asset
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
