POSITION OVERVIEW
As the first point of contact with our Members, the
Customer Service Representative is a critical part of the FBC team.
If you appreciate growth and training opportunities, thrive on building relationships and helping others, and want to develop your career in tax and accounting, then this is the role for you.
Please note that this position will report directly in person to our London, ON branch office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members
- Collaborate with other team members/departments to manage and exceed Member expectations
- Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of frontline customer service experience
- Experience in any one of these areas bookkeeping, accounting or tax would be considered an asset
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with welldeveloped telephone skills
- An aptitude for learning
- Superior organizational skills
- Superior time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
- A working knowledge of MS Office
