What You'll Bring:

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to being their jewellery pieces back to life, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Accurately record descriptions, photograph items, and describe necessary repairs using specialized computer program (training provided). Follow up and perform administrative tasks associated with this, including presenting and discussing options and quotes with clients in a timely manner
  • Assist other staff members with custom design appointments, engagement/wedding consultations and other intakes
  • Perform administrative tasks relevant to repair work, documenting progress and following up with colleagues as necessary
  • Assist customers when picking up completed repairs, answering any questions and processing payment
  • Utilize repair knowledge to promote sales and make recommendations when applicable
  • Collaborate with the team to curate captivating displays and maintain the store's elegant environment, performing administrative and domestic tasks to do so
  • Stay informed of store policies, procedures, and promotions.
