At Worldline, we're shaping the evolution of payments technology, and we're looking for big thinkers like you to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our French and English-speaking merchants and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions with ease.
  • Deliver basic education on our platform, empowering merchants to get the most out of our services.
  • Act as the 'voice of our customers,' listening to feedback and sharing insights with teams across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot with merchants on first-line account management and general processing questions.

Collaboration and Growth:

  • Participate in meetings with the team to discuss updates, payment integration requirements, and project status.
  • Work closely with Customer Operations Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Senior Technical Specialists to learn and develop.
  • Organize your daily work as part of a high-performance team, accepting feedback and learning from every experience.
  • Contribute to the success of the team by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong individual contributor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
