The Opportunity
This individual will be supporting and assisting the Senior Project Manager in the planning, managing, coordinating, and supervising aspects of large project delivery. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines. This position is Monday to Friday in-office and site-based work.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
- construction request under $25K from start to finish, ensuring completion with deadline and budget.
- Project Manager in coordinating various construction activities including work permits, site access, material delivery, scheduling, site verification, cost control, quality management, cost control, quality management, risk management, procurement, regulatory compliance, while ensuring compliance with health and safety.
- project quality, cost and timeline and coordinate project for minimal disruption and monitor construction schedules.
- in budget approval, contract negotiation, monitor project costs, scope changes, review construction schedule and assess vendor performance.

- contractors' activities on-site, administer contracts and ensure compliant with OH&S; ensure site cleanliness adheres to company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Secondary Diploma or Certificate in Project Delivery, Construction Technology, Business or Administration is an asset.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial construction environment in an administrative capacity.
- Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, Project, Outlook, etc.; Yardi experience is an asset.
- overtime may be required for projects.
- obtain and maintain Reliability Clearance from the Government of Canada; additional security clearances may be required depending on project status, building, or region.
- must have 2 COVID Vaccinations.
