Organization and planning of the Orientation Week activities for the Institute of the Environment.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Organizing discussion panels and contacting panelists
- Room bookings
- Preparing/reviewing orientation documents
- Organizing hikes and transportation
- Organizing Introduction meetings with IE professors
- Planning a Happy Hour
- Other pertinent tasks related to this event.
Minimum Requirements:
PhD student enrolled in the Environmental Sustainability program.
- Must have great organization skills and be able to work autonomously.
