We are excited about our growth and in need of a full time Dispatcher to be part of the BDS team

Requirements:

  • Experience in heavy hauling/oilfield and gas industry is a requirement.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, incoming calls, and client requests.
  • Ability to multitask with multiple interruptions.
  • Current knowledge of DOT regulations, and the permitting process.
  • Knowledge of heavy trucks (RGN's, multi axle configurations) pickers/cranes, and pilot vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls from clients and drivers.
  • Schedule / coordinate / prioritize appropriate personnel and equipment for client requests.
  • Coordinating with the Permit company to obtain required permits
  • Coordinate with drivers with HoursofService regulations and familiarity with the function of ELDs
  • Coordinating with the appropriate paperwork (BOLs, manifests, invoices, employee timesheets)
  • Monitor our GPS system
  • Perform Driver evaluations
