We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Taxi Service Representative at Tag Along Taxi Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring a safe and efficient transportation experience.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Maintain Vehicles: Ensure that our fleet of vehicles is clean and well-maintained, performing minor repairs as needed.
- Transportation Services: Safely transport passengers to their destinations, providing a courteous and professional service.
- Dispatch and Operations: Operate our dispatch systems, ensuring that all trips are efficiently managed and completed.
- Financial Transactions: Collect fares and record transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
