We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in launching and growing a new eco-focused website, powered by The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in community management, preferably within a corporate environment.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our audience, driving engagement, and fostering a sense of belonging within our online community.


Community Building and Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a vibrant online community of eco-conscious individuals.
Create engaging discussions, polls, and interactive activities to foster meaningful connections among community members on the social channels.
Monitor community feedback, respond to inquiries, and address concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

Content Strategy and Management:
Collaborate with Trend Hunter's editorial team to develop a content calendar aligned with community interests and needs.

Curate and publish engaging and informative content, including articles, videos, podcasts, newsletters and social media posts, to drive user engagement and retention.

Optimize content distribution channels and platforms to maximize reach and visibility.
Plan and execute community launch events, campaigns, and initiatives to generate excitement and drive sign-ups and registrations.

Partner with marketing and PR teams to promote the website launch across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer outreach.

Monitor launch performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals and objectives.

Community Insights and Analytics:

Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, including user activity, sentiment, and feedback, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for enhancing community engagement and satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with the Adobe Suite, video creation & editing an asset
Experience with Marketing Automation systems and social media planning systems an asset
Intermediate knowledge of html an asset
