In this role, you will partner with the GCOC (Great Canadian Oil Change) field team and franchisees; the candidate will complete and communicate accurate assessments of store-level franchise operations.

Using established and consistent template tools, the candidate will evaluate guest experience, store appearance, brand standards, operational compliance, and more to identify areas of success and opportunity.

The evaluations completed by the Field Operations Specialist will be utilized to identify and share best practices, drive improvement, and enhance operational consistency across all GCOC franchise locations.

Given the territory of responsibility, you must live in Canada and be able to travel to the US to apply.

How You'll Make a DifferenceAssess franchise store operations through store visits and evaluations, including oil change process execution, proper use of training tools, safe practices, inventory compliance, appropriate staffing, store appearance, curb appeal, brand standards, and employee development.

Document in-store visits through detailed reporting and consistently applied to templating.
Communicate results internally to the field team and externally to franchise partners.

Gather supplemental information relevant to the field operations of individual franchise locations using technology tools (point-of-sale reporting, guest feedback surveys, etc.).In-the-moment coaching on safe practices, oil change procedures, etc., when appropriate.

Ensure implementation of current and new GCOC initiatives.
Partner with Franchise Business Consultants to develop Business Reviews for each franchise system.
