# Identify, develop, and implement manufacturing process and productivity improvements projects
# Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize operator utilization and product flow
# Provide technical direction to the CNC programming department
# Equipment maintenance and Environmental, Health, and Safety projects as assigned
# Ensure all personnel comply with training requirements, work standards, policies, and procedures
# Schedule and allocate work and monitor performance to meet customer delivery schedule
# Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery
