The Team You'll Work With

You will be part of our R&D team within the Fund Administration business unit, alongside learners, builders, experts, and leaders. Our team is dedicated to developing cutting-edge software for the venture capital and private equity sectors, focusing on aiding new fund launches, tracking analytics and performance for investors, managing financial records for investment funds of various sizes, and more.

About You

  • 6+ years in a management role overseeing multiple teams
  • 12+ years of back-end/Full stack engineering experience with a focus on systems thinking
  • Extensive industry experience in developing scalable backend systems
  • Proficiency in service-oriented architecture and complex SaaS products
  • Skilled in Python and familiar with a typical web stack (Python, Django, Postgres, React, Kubernetes)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to address requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Background in working with executives at a growth-stage company

The Interview Process

Salary

Carta offers a competitive compensation package, including a market-based salary, equity, exceptional benefits, and potential commissions. The expected cash compensation range for this role varies based on location and expertise.
