About the Opportunity
We are looking to fill a UX Research Analytics Implementation role on our UX Team.

In this role, you will help us answer foundational questions about our users, dive into our analytics and prepare insightful stories that will help shape the decisions we make.

This role will have an emphasis on analytics but you will also gain experience though user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing.

In this role, you will gain experience setting up analytics tools for our digital products in order to collect user interaction data from multiple sources.

Some of the tools you will use include Kibana, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Full Story.

As part of the UX Team, you will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure project success.


As a UX Research Analytics Implementation Co-op, You Will

  • Participate in building our analytics dashboards, and identify patterns in user behaviours based on quantitative data.
  • Code tooling to help analyze customer data to enable better UX decisions.
  • Support the creation of internal processes and documentation governing aspects of analytics tagging, and implementation.
  • Ensure that data flows smoothly from our web apps into our analytics reporting suite.
  • Work collaboratively with the UX team to run studies of designs and features.
  • Share evidencebased recommendations in a clear and engaging manner to diverse stakeholders.
  • Participate in the analysis & review of research findings to brainstorm novel solutions to user needs.

  • An understanding of qualitative and quantitative user research methods such as interviews, usability studies, competitive analyses, surveys, A/B testing.
  • Excellent teamwork & communication skills to effectively collaborate with a multifunctional and multidisciplined team.
  • You are observant, empathetic, and aren't afraid to ask the right questions at the right time.
  • You are a selfstarter. You take leadership and see projects through to completion with high attention to detail.
  • You are constantly pursuing excellence and always looking to grow and learn new things.
