Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct inhome HVAC sales presentations to potential customers
- Provide recommendations for products and services that meet customer needs
- Communicate pricing and financing options
- Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight features and benefits
Closing Sales:
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales KPI's
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers
Lead Generation/ Prospecting:
- Conduct research and identify potential customers
- Develop and maintain a network of referral sources
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads
Learning and Professional Development:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and services
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Continuously improve sales skills and techniques
- Attend training sessions and seminars
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and concerns
- Provide feedback to management to improve processes and procedures and review market conditions
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth installations
Qualifications Include:
- Valid drivers license for 3 or more years with a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional sales experience
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a full commission sales role
- Positive mind set
