Summary of position:


Our law firm is looking for a corporate law clerk with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our team.


  • Assisting with inquiries of prospective and existing clients
  • File organization and maintenance
  • Supporting our lawyers on incorporations, both forprofit and notforprofit corporations, reorganizations, and transactional work
  • Updating, reviewing, and maintaining minute books using our corporate software.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • A team player who also works well independently.
  • Proficient in MS office products.
