Continued rapid growth fueled by our focus on delivering disciplined growth to build a bigger, more capable, more productive, and more responsible business has created the opportunity to strategically invest in the creation of an RBP Solution Owner position. This position will play a critical role in optimizing our Integrated Business Planning Processes for our company (RBP) as well as supporting processes with an enterprise view. In collaboration with the Business Process Owners (BPOs) and other SAP S4/H Business Systems Analysts, the purpose of the RBP Solution Owner is to enable scalability and profitable growth for the company by strengthening Riverside's capabilities and delivering leading practices.

Position Summary:

A key aspect of our BT&T's mission is to build and sustain a capable organization for profitable growth; this entails deploying and driving adoption of leading practices as well as effectively leveraging SAP and other enterprise technology. The RBP Solution Owner is a trusted technical expert with very strong business acumen in this domain and a keen eye to drive end-to-end/enterprise efficiencies. The RBP Solution Owner is the custodian of the robustness of technical solution(s) supporting Riverside Business Planning processes and practices to protect the business value and efficiencies these are intended to deliver.

The RBP Solution Owner is a transformation champion who stays current with technology trends as well as industry norms and leading practices. In close collaboration with the rest of the BT&T team, the RBP Solution Owner is a catalyst to enable effective and integrated business processes that boost business performance and capabilities for people, profit & planet.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic


•Be a key ambassador of the organization's vision, mission, and overall business strategy;


•Role model the Company's core values and culture; inspire and motivate people; continually work to enhance culture;


•Develop and demonstrate OWNERSHIP to lead processes that facilitate teamwork, communications and effective decision-making across the entire enterprise;


•Create and maintain an environment of partnership and collaboration with all other departments to assure the attainment of overall Company goals;


•Liaise with the business function(s) to capture a rolling 2-year capabilities roadmap anchored in business objectives and goals;


•Collaborate with other BPOs and IT Solution Owners in the creation of an enterprise process & technology roadmap;


•Leverage enterprise and cross-functional understanding to define optimal solutions & processes leading to tangible business results.

Operational


•Drive business transformation and efficiency through the development of leading practices/processes and tools;


•Partner with RBP Business owner, BPOs & Solution Owners to provide end-to-end technology solutions implementation and continuous improvement project leadership.


•Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with key stakeholders, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurately understand the business requirements and mapping those to SAP business processes & solutions.


•Develop proof of concepts to showcase functional solutions to the key business partners.


•Configuration of SAP IBP modules. Creation of functional specs and training documents.


•Collaborate effectively with key business decision makers and end users to resolve issues.


•Provide user support and deliver SAP training to client end-users on current and new functionality.


•Document requirements, develop business process maps, create improvement plans and business training materials.


•Knowledge of and ability to use approved testing methodologies, processes, and procedures.


•Ability to design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for system and/or user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.


•Identify, document, and test new scenarios; maintain documentation of test scenarios in central repository;


•Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines.


•Monitor the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of specific core business processes;


•Ensure technology is exploited to its full potential based on business goals;


•Active role in the successful SAP modules' implementation with a high level of satisfaction and adoption across all business levels from top management to end users;


•Active participation in the Enterprise Capabilities Working Council to review, assess, and prioritize new/change requests submissions with a recommendation for Steerco;


•Active member of the SAP Change Board;


•Create and safeguard an enterprise knowledge & training framework and content. Leverage the tools in place for content creation (i.e. Enable Now);

In collaboration with the RBP Business Owner, educate business members on leading practices and proper use of SAP; Drive train the trainer approach through functional SMEs (Subject Matter Experts);


•Support end users and functional SMEs to address difficulties in their daily operations;


•Create and maintain a current repository of work processes documentation (i.e. workflows, job aids, SOPs, RACI) and training to be consumed by end users;


•Leverage enterprise/cross-functional business understanding to define optimal solutions and processes leading to tangible business results;


•Accountable for final SAP IBP business process design with input from functions and consultation from external experts as needed;


•Stay current with SAP/technology new modules and roadmaps to meaningfully bring to our business;


•Strongly liaise with the corresponding business functions to keep deep understanding of processes, pain points, objectives, and adherence to deployed leading practices

Reporting Relationships:

Reports directly to the Vice President of Business Transformation & Technology.

EXPERIENCE


•Minimum of 5 years of SAP IBP / APO experience;


•Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain;


•Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP modules, and other SAP platforms relevant to the business domain as well as a robust understanding of overall ERP end to end processes;


•Must have outstanding project management skills; ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules;


•Experience in developing and nurturing trustworthy relationships; demonstrated ability to align functional/domain priorities with enterprise priorities;


•Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization;


•Can expertly bridge the business and technical (ERP-related) subjects within the areas of focus;

EDUCATION :


•8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree;


•Continuous Improvement certification is a plus (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt);


•SAP IBP certification of modules related to the domain area is a strong asset;


•Familiar with SAP Fiori is highly preferred


•Familiar with SAP Analytic Cloud is highly preferred


•Minimum of 5 years of SAP IBP / APO experience;
