We are currently looking for a talented and motivated **Demand Planner (Intern) **who will be reporting to the VP, Demand & Inventory Planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pull and analyze retailer weekly sales reports and use them to monitor recent sales performance and adjust forward forecasts at SKU & Brand level at appropriate time horizons
- Identify items for digital campaigns, plan digital campaign spend and monitor campaign performance
- Assist in developing a collaborative sales forecast with our retailers
- Identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual orders and work with the necessary parties to resolve issues
- Work closely with sales team to reduce/eliminate slow moving inventory

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- University or college degree in business, science/engineering or supply chain management (MBA is an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written) to deal with the foreign divisions and international customers;
- Strong aptitude for numbers, patterns and forecasting;
- Solid organization and planning skills;
- Ability to build and maintain excellent internal, cross-functional working relationships;
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook & Excel;
- Self-directed, ability to work with limited supervision;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of analytical experience (ideally in a retail environment) with emphasis on sales forecasting and inventory management.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **Planificateur de la Demande (Stagiaire)** talentueux et motivé qui relèvera du vice-président, planification de la demande et des stocks.

**Responsabilités**:

- Extraire et analyser les rapports de ventes hebdomadaires des détaillants et les utiliser pour surveiller la performance des vente récentes et ajuster les prévisions au niveau du SKU et de la marque et des promotions à des horizons temporels appropriés ;
- Identifier les éléments pour les campagnes numériques, planifier les dépenses des campagnes numériques et surveiller la performance des campagnes;
- Participer à l'élaboration de prévisions de ventes en collaboration avec nos détaillants ;
- Identifier les écarts entre les commandes prévues et réelles et travailler avec les parties nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes pour réduire/éliminer les stocks à rotation lente.

**Aptitudes, compétences et exigences**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en affaires, sciences/ingénierie ou gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (MBA est un atout);
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais (oral et écrit) pour traiter avec les divisions étrangères et les clients internationaux ;
- Forte aptitude pour les chiffres, les modèles et les prévisions ;
- Solides compétences en organisation et planification;
- Capacité d'établir et de maintenir d'excellentes relations de travail internes et interfonctionnelles;
- Solides connaissances et expérience de l'utilisation de Microsoft Office, y compris Outlook et Excel ;
- Autonome, capacité à travailler avec une supervision limitée;
- Capacité d'adaptation à un environnement en constante évolution et dynamique.

**Expérience**:

- 1-2 ans d'expérience analytique (idéalement dans un environnement de vente au détail) avec un accent sur la prévision des ventes et la gestion des stocks.
