We are looking for an extraordinary administrative professional to join our team


The person hired for this position will be responsible for supporting the organization in a variety of ways including communications, scheduling, data entry, minute taking, invoicing and payroll, and supporting the team and management with in-house IT solutions and other administrative tasks as requested by management.


  • Responsibilities:_
  • Technical report review & editing
  • Perform invoicing in Sage
  • Run payroll to cover Bookkeeper holidays/sick days
  • Assist colleagues with computer issues, reports and other challenges
  • Support the team and management
  • Other tasks or duties as requested or required

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management and employees
  • Management and maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain a clean, enjoyable and pleasant working environment
  • Create and update office procedure manuals
  • Edit technical manuals and other documents for grammar and format
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Ability to multitask and function productively in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures and accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 utilizing SharePoint
  • Proficient knowledge of Sage for invoicing and payroll
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Be a strong team player to create and maintain a supportive office environment
  • Willing to show initiative
  • A high level of attention to detail is required

Job Types:

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Sage: 1 year (preferred)
