Automotive Sales Consultant - Join Our Dynamic Team at Mainland Motors

Job Description:


Are you passionate about cars and skilled in the art of sales? We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our reputable dealership.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers find their dream cars while achieving personal and team sales targets.


Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Actively listen to customers' needs, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Provide detailed product information, conduct test drives, and address customer inquiries to ensure an exceptional buying experience.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet both customer and dealership requirements.
  • Close deals and finalize sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay uptodate on the latest automotive trends, features, and industry developments.
  • Thoroughly understand the specifications, technology, and performance of the vehicles in the dealership inventory.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service center to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
