  • You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.

The objective of the organizational development team is to create a highly mobile, competent workforce through an embedded learning and development program that provides long term resource requirements to deliver complex programs.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Directing the development of a competency framework and a training plan to bridge any gaps between future desired state and current competence levels and associated KPIs.
  • Directing the development of a talent review process that enables the organisation to be more agile and mobile in managing project and program resources (right person and the right time with the right skills).
  • Assisting in creating best practice training strategies, plans and materials based on the impact expected training requirements and learner experience and in line with the clients training standards.
  • Identifying, develop and implement latest innovations in the delivery of knowledge, skills and capability, with reference to academic insights, technology and learning from other global programs.
  • Managing the relationships with client and partner stakeholders in relation to learning and development.
  • Establishing a measurement strategy that will provide relevant metrics and manage success factors.
  • Supporting the capability and change lead to transition the client to a highperformance program delivery organisation with complementary leadership and management development programs (using coaching, and other collaboration tools such as core strengths) to address assessed shortfalls.
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives.

You'll need to have:

  • Post secondary education in Learning and Development or related discipline, Masters would be considered an asset.
  • Experience building agile and sustainable learning and development programs within a complex enterprise.
  • Experience in organizational development, team building, leadership development, lean and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in eLearning and other innovative approaches to learning.
  • Excellent communication skills, change management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong facilitation and engagement capability.
