KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer phone lines and provide customers with product information knowledge and pricing
  • Greet walk in customers and provide the highest level of customer support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Prospect and lead generation including following up with inactive customers, reaching out to trade show contacts, or coldcalling potential customer accounts
  • Develop a broad range of product knowledge across many different product lines
  • Process sales transactions using SAP
  • Complete customer notes, followup reminders, and status entries in Hubspot
  • Support account managers with accurate pricing quotes and information
  • Troubleshoot problem accounts with the finance department
  • Interpret tender documentation for accurate project quoting and management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12 years inside sales, customer service, or sales experience preferably within construction
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Preferably, knowledge of SAP and Hubspot
  • Strong thirst for product knowledge and learning

HOURS OF WORK
Regular working schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
