L'équipe Services opérationnels clientèle de Bell fait preuve d'avant-gardisme et offre l'expérience de service par excellence à ses clients des services résidentiels, sans fil et pour petites entreprises. Nous dirigeons le développement et l'exécution stratégiques des activités quotidiennes, nous élaborons des outils et des processus contribuant à améliorer les services, nous gérons la loyauté et la fidélisation de la clientèle et nous misons sur les mégadonnées et l'intelligence artificielle afin de soutenir la création de propriétés intellectuelles.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Schématisation et conception des processus; faire une présentation aux intervenants clés pour obtenir l'adhésion
- Concevoir et élaborer du contenu et des flux conversationnels pour les robots et les tester rigoureusement dans de multiples domaines
- Passer en revue les données conversationnelles des robots et utiliser les perspectives des indicateurs de rendement clés pour constamment optimiser l'expérience client
- Prioriser les options et les capacités des produits
- Définir une vision et une stratégie générale; promouvoir le rendement et l'évolution continus des produits

**Compétences**:

- Expérience en création de robots pour le clavardage et/ou les interactions conversationnelles vocales
- Connaissance approfondie des plateformes de conception du module de compréhension du langage naturel (p. ex., Dialogflow CX)
- Expérience avec les formats d'échange de données, idéalement JSON
- Connaissance des services d'informatique en nuage (GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Expérience en modélisation de l'intelligence artificielle/apprentissage automatique, un atout
- Connaissance du modèle d'exploitation agile SAFE 5, y compris le processus de planification de hausse des prix
- Expérience en création de diagrammes de conception de processus à présenter aux intervenants pour obtenir l'adhésion
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour la communication orale et écrite
- Expérience en contrôle de la qualité et en vérification des flux conversationnels de bout en bout
- Capacité à interpréter les perspectives des indicateurs de rendement clé et des analyses du parcours du client ou de la cliente pour déterminer les occasions d'amélioration continue
- Passion pour les modèles de langage/agents conversationnels alimentés par l'intelligence artificielle et désir de se tenir informé(e) des nouvelles tendances en matière d'intelligence artificielle
- Connaissance des principes d'accessibilité Web
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en STIM, de préférence
- Expert(e) en élaboration de modèle de compréhension de langage naturel, de préférence à l'aide de Dialogflow CX
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience à créer et assurer des expériences conversationnelles axées sur le client
- Certification en tant que professionnel Agile SAFE et gestionnaire de produit/responsable de produit Agile SAFE, un atout
- Expérience de travail avec un modèle d'exploitation agile
- Connaissance de Confluence et JIRA pour une collaboration multidisciplinaire
- Expérience en élaboration de documents de présentation et en présentation à la haute direction
- Expérience en pensée conceptuelle, études sur les utilisateurs ou essais d'utilisabilité
- Capacité d'utiliser les analyses pour fixer des objectifs de rendement, de tirer parti des perspectives des rapports et de prioriser les arriérés des options
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement de télécommunications, un atout
