Work Location: 4 days per week remote, 1 day per week in downtown Toronto ON

Project Details:

  • The product designer will be working on Supplier Intake and Digital Control Fraud Prevention (DCFP).
They should be able to demonstrate the following, for this role:

  • Be able to facilitate workshops.
  • Be able to synthesize research.
  • Be able to pushback if necessary to align with UX best practices.
  • They will be working on a range of work from adding new products to designs to security and fraud prevention all for Secure Retail (authenticated post signin).

Must have's:

  • Online Banking Experience
  • Security – DCFP team.
  • OTP for the Bank
  • Control Work Flows
  • UX Best practices
  • Make sure they have a voice in the room as they will need to guide conversations at times.
  • Supplier in Take
  • Varied work
  • Adding a new product
  • Being able to understand a secure retail platform
Senior Product Designer

  • Experience Design is seeking a Senior Product Designer to improve and deliver the customer experience for some of the company's key digital platforms.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will:

  • Create holistic design solutions for online banking experiences across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Create detailed design specifications, including customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, championing their needs and ensuring the integration of customer insights into the experiences you deliver.
  • Work side by side with product owners, fellow product and content designers, research, design system team and developers and other relevant agile stakeholders
  • Partner with researchers to understand user needs through data analysis, competitive benchmarking, interviews, surveys, interpretation of analytics, and usability testing.
