L'équipe UX de GoTo recherche un stagiaire en conception UX prêt à apprendre à faire partie d'une équipe de conception UX, à travailler avec des partenaires produits et ingénierie, et à contribuer à la réalisation de produits excitants.En tant que stagiaire en conception UX, vous serez responsable d'aider les concepteurs à créer des solutions simples et faciles à utiliser sur mobile et desktop dans nos solutions. Soutien des produits dans le portefeuille de GoTo Soutien et participation à l'un des produits suivantsGoTo ConnectGoTo AdminGPT AdminGoTo Customer EngagementGoTo Contact Center Votre quotidienEn tant que stagiaire, vous travaillerez sur : Collaborer avec des concepteurs seniors, des chercheurs, ainsi que des produits et ingénieurs pour comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et les exigences métier, et comment ils s'intègrent dans le processus de conception. Créer des livrables de conception tels que des croquis, des wireframes, des storyboards, des flux et des maquettes pour communiquer des solutions de conception. Observer les activités de recherche sur l'utilisabilité, à la fois en personne et à distance. Travailler avec des chercheurs en expérience utilisateur pour traduire les résultats de la recherche utilisateur et des études d'utilisabilité en améliorations de conception. Ce que nous recherchonsEn tant que stagiaire, votre parcours ressemblera à : Bonne communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français Connaissance du processus de conception UX. Capacité à produire des prototypes et des wireframes de basse et haute fidélité. Bonne connaissance pratique de Figma. Bonnes compétences collaboratives et capacité à suivre des instructions.
