The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and service standards of the property consistently.

They are responsible for upholding professional work standards, demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to decision-making concerning guest care and room revenue contribution. This role starts as part-time with the potential to become full-time, requiring availability for morning and evening shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform efficient check-ins and checkouts with keen attention to accuracy
  • Ensure every guest receives outstanding service
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, addressing special requirements effectively
  • Respond positively to guest queries, complaints, and requests, offering constructive solutions and ensuring follow-up
  • Provide guests with relevant information, including dining recommendations, directions, and local services assistance
  • Utilize front desk equipment like reservation systems, hotel switchboards, and key card machines
  • Complete assigned tasks and paperwork as directed by management, possibly involving basic accounting and data analysis
  • Maintain workspace cleanliness
  • Engage proactively with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers and scanners
