Key responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Maintain the Prairie Records brand vision
- Execute on business and marketing objectives
- Propose initiatives and work towards growing sales
- Inventory management, including ordering and receiving product
- Investigate, respond to, and settle, all customer grievances
- Update and track daily reports
Staffing and Team Development:
- Coach, train, and develop staff
- Analyze staffing requirements and achieve labor budget targets
- Screen, interview, and recruit team members
- Determining workload of team members to ensure a well operated store
- Maintain high levels of energy, productivity, and morale throughout staff
- Assist Senior Retail Manager with employee reviews and maintain action plans for each individual
- Consistently lead by example
Fiscal Responsibility:
- Execute inventory counts, investigating and reporting on all discrepancies
- Analyze sales forecasts and adjust the schedule accordingly
- Monitor Inventory levels and maintain accurate records of shortdated product
- Keep the Retail General Manager informed of sales and key issues

Qualifications:
- Cannasell certification is required**:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of four (4) years retail, food service management, or customer service experience
- At least two (2) years management experience with increasing responsibility
- Diverse experience working with POS systems and Office 36
- Successfully pass a criminal record check
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be 19 years of age or older
Key competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problemsolving skills
- Flexible schedule with ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends
- You must have a genuine interest in the Cannabis industry
