Reporting:

This position will report directly to the Manager, Marketing & Research.

Key Responsibilities:


The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Hopewell Residential ('Hopewell') Marketing team with their day-to-day deliverables, allowing it to be successful, and to present its best foot forward both internally and externally.


  • Support Marketing with campaign and/or project tasks;
  • Assist with the development and coordination of Sales & Marketing collateral;
  • Social media, website update (CMS), touchscreen update and content support;
  • Support with show home opening tasks across various platforms;
  • Complete VR tour coordination, delivery and implementation;
  • Support the onsite delivery and replenishment of show home inventory and supplies;
  • Monitor and update reports;
  • Conduct market research;
  • Assist with special events, including planning, setup, dayof support and wrap report;
  • Manage and track budgets, including cheque requisitions, invoice collection, coding, credit card reconciliations and more as required;
  • Support with awards submissions;
  • Oversee the execution of price changes and promotions on internal and publicfacing communications;
  • Basic Salesforce administration;
  • Attend meetings as required, taking detailed and accurate meeting minutes and providing them to the relevant parties in a timely manner;
  • Update procedures and distributing memos as required;
  • Support Hopewell swag and gear inventory and replenishment as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring to the table is:

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Marketing, business, or related field;
  • Ability to identify and manage conflicting priorities;
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, deadlineoriented priorities;
  • Ability to meet timesensitive deadlines;
  • Flexible and adaptable personality;
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Overall, you are fun, a quick learner, enthusiastic, proactive, results focused, and energetic.

You have administrative experience, ideally in a role where you were proactively managing numerous high-priority tasks. You are highly detail-oriented, curious, approachable and always communicate clearly and respectfully.

You are passionate about delivering top-quality materials, and love working with an industry-leading team of professionals who are driven, results-oriented and innovative.


Working Conditions:

Regular office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Some travel and occasional support on weekends or evenings may be required.
