Description

The Experience Analytics Manager will be part of the Global Performance Marketing Shared Service team at Manulife. You will play a key role in implementing and evolving the digital strategy for Manulife's Group Benefit (GB) business. Your main task is to provide insightful reports and thorough analysis to support the digital marketing team, GB Business teams, and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in digital analytics and data analysis to enhance the digital strategy and optimization efforts. Your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, presenting results with actionable recommendations, and leveraging your creative and analytical skills to elevate user behavior analysis across all channels in an evolving analytics environment. You will measure the effectiveness of GB digital initiatives, provide optimization suggestions, and work towards enhancing strategic and tactical efforts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis and generate reports using digital, profile, and third-party data within an agile process framework
  • Develop visualizations in PowerBI by merging diverse data sources
  • Create and maintain reports to assess effectiveness and offer valuable insights on all initiatives across different teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholders' business queries and translate them into actionable KPIs for achieving business goals in digital channels
  • Assist tagging analysts in configuring Adobe Analytics reporting and designing effective analytics tag plans and solution references for efficient data handling
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing all digital user experiences, including mobile experiences and personalization
  • Deliver actionable insights for digital initiatives through techniques like multivariate and A/B testing
  • Identify issues and opportunities with the Digital Services team to enhance sales, retention, and the overall digital customer experience
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to extract pertinent data points for Business partners to optimize their digital strategy

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics, particularly with Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency in advanced digital analytics methods such as A/B testing, personalization based on audience analysis, customer journey examination, and digital marketing attributes
  • Experience in data management and visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and R
  • 2+ years of business analysis experience in large companies with multiple functions/business units
  • Strong background in measuring digital performance, including mobile analytics and merging digital data with offline data
  • Excellent communication skills to present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders effectively
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Data Feeds, and integrating Adobe data with offline data is advantageous
  • Experience overseeing the implementation of a web analytics platform and providing detailed requirements to IT teams for proper data collection
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and programming concepts is a plus
  • Familiarity with Databricks is beneficial
  • Must be innovative and proactive in exploring best practices for digital analytics solutions and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Key Problems/Challenges:

  • Assist in extracting data for various key Manulife digital properties and compile data points into a clear, actionable report for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to facilitate optimal business decisions in an agile environment

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is between $84,375.00 CAD and $151,875.00 CAD.

Local market conditions, geographical factors, and job-related qualifications determine the final compensation package. Incentive programs are also available based on business and individual performance.
