ABOUT THE ROLE


The
Digital Content & Marketing role is a unique opportunity to work on products that are meant to be seen and experienced by millions of people.

In this role, you will craft the strategy to launch and scale how we engage with customers at scale through mediums like Twitter, podcasts and community building.

The successful person will start from the inside and work their way out, with their teammates aligned to the culture and vibe you want to eminate outside to the world.


RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is for someone who has the confidence and skills to work zoom out to plan, and zoom in to get their hands dirty and move priorities and projects to completion.

The responsibilities will vary, but the general tasks will include:

  • Plan an engagement strategy across Twitter, Discord, TikTok and YouTube, planning out the branding, look and feel for our online media presence.
  • Create engaging Twitter, TikTok and YouTube content for an audience that is interested in accounting, tax and advisory
  • Grow our following through engaging, fun and informative content about our own projects but also culturally relevant topics.
  • Be motivated to go deep into new concepts like crypto, NFTs, web3 on your own

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Collge in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 13+ years of social media, community and/or culture marketing
  • Proven ability to grow large social media communities (no bots or fake followers here)
  • Are a vibe, but also can develop a "voice" and "vibe" for our digital channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have initiative, selfstart, ambitious and get things done
  • Work well under tight deadlines and handle pressure well
  • Experience or an idea of what's happening in the web3 space, Twitter and Discord

Salary:
Up to $249,999.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
