Viral Nation, the global social media technology company, recently announced the launch of VN Secure, a first-of-a-kind AI-powered solution for screening social media conduct across major platforms and all media types to help companies mitigate reputation risk and potential brand crises.
Built for medium-to-large enterprises and public sector organizations, VN Secure enables marketing, communications, HR and legal teams, among others, to screen and monitor social media activity of brand advocates, sponsored influencers, executives and employees, to ensure online behavior is aligned with core values.

Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.
The SDR ( Sales Development Representative) will establish connections with prospects while ensuring the seamless transfer of those leads to Account Executives.
We are a rapidly growing startup with a sales and marketing team that subscribes to a true end-to-end sales process.
We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our frontline sales team. Working in a startup requires the ability to be resourceful and inventive.

Job Description:
- Use internal and external resources to identify customers and decisionmakers to build an outbound sales pipeline.
- Schedule and run discovery calls to unlock the prospect's business challenges and collect data for CRM
- Initiate contact with potential customers through coldcalling and quality prospecting.
- Manage inbound leads and follow up on MQLs to qualify leads and set appointments for Account Executives to drive business opportunities
- Assist with the execution of demand generation campaigns
- Drive attendance at webinars, company events, and industry trade shows
- Build client lists and prioritize target accounts for ABM activities
- Provide feedback on marketing campaigns success and challenges
Qualifications:
- Successful experience as a sales team member at a rapidly growing professional services organization or Saas company.
- You must be an exceptional individual contributor and coach who can work with salespeople on the front lines and develop and execute coaching plans for the team's continued development.
- You must be a creative, entrepreneurial salesperson with exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills.
- You must have a strong understanding of navigating a large organization to assess which accounts/projects needs our specific resources, as well as a strong ability to evaluate the merit of creative new tactics.
- An exceptional rolodex and a strong ability to successfully leverage these relationships both individually and as a team.
- You must be highly capable of motivating a team towards the prospect of growing an innovative, worldchanging business with us
- You must have excellent written and oral communication skills. This includes being fully capable of building and maintaining a respected boardroom presence.
- You must be a worldclass individual contributor to thrive at Viral Nation with a passion and desire to grow your career.
