You will be part of a team that will be transforming how we provide key insights and opportunities for our business partners to better serve our customers through our adjudication underwriting process, compliance and regulatory measurements, and helping our customer establish a Power of Attorney; just to name a few.


About this Role


Leading Analytics and Reporting for the Real Estate Secured Lending Shopping pod, you will work closely with our partners in RESL Product and Marketing to determine analytical solutions that will drive our acquisition strategies and help us find more ways to meet customers RESL needs.

You will work with business insights analysts, reporting analysts, and data scientists to identify the best solutions to our business challenges and influence partners to prioritize this work along with the business as usual requests that enter our backlog:

  • Use data systems and various sources to ensure team is equipped to formulate welldefined solutions to solve business problems
  • Ensure team uses knowledge of data capabilities across the organization to build and deliver on business analytics and insights
  • Oversee the development and ongoing analysis for a business line or functional area employing both internal and external data from various sources
  • Manage workload of analytics team; assigning data request to staff based on skills and development needs
  • Support execution with excellence on key initiatives/programs
  • Design effective test and learn for various programs or scenarios
  • Develop analytic solutions to support insight generation that align to strategy and drive shareholder value
  • Lead large complex analytics projects to identify opportunities to further optimize our current product suite through selfinitiated insights
  • Lead the delivery of a sizeable team of Analyst professionals in an area of moderate risk, complexity or scope
  • Ensure an integrated approach with other business management areas, broader organization, and enterprise as appropriate
  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of businesses /technology, and organizational practices/disciplines
  • Sound to advanced knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own function/business
  • Ensure team collaboration with partners on business problems/issues and provide factbased analytical advice that aligns to strategy and drives shareholder value
  • Manage raised client issues or priorities and contact appropriate areas to resolve or minimize business problems/issues
  • Oversee and lead a large and/or highly complex, and diverse reporting function for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope
  • Review and/or build the presentation of insights back to executive leaders/business partners to drive strategic improvement
  • Collaborate with business partners to shape and prioritize projects and analysis
  • Set operational team direction, working in partnership to execute on common goals
  • Present insights back to executive leaders / business partners to drive strategic improvement
  • Continuously align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, defined Minimum Marketable Features or Minimum Viable Products and release cadence
  • Participate in scrum or Kanban events (e.g. standups, retrospectives), providing opportunities for team members to express new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency, sharing with leadership as appropriate
  • Create a valuefocused product backlog and continuously iterate, ensuring there are user stories scoped and prioritized
  • Lead and manage a sizeable team of Analyst professionals and overall operation of a diverse group in an area of moderate risk, complexity or scope

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree related to Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics
  • 35 years experience influencing business partners to build data driven strategies
  • Expert knowledge with 35 years of experience in SQL, Agile Delivery (Scrum, Kanban) principles, Tableau and Python and basic understanding of modeling and Machine Learning practices is required
  • Working knowledge of any of the following is an asset: PySpark, Jupiter Notebooks, Databricks, Machine Learning
