To be eligible for this role, you must have or be eligible to obtain Reliability Clearance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide resume preparation including editing and formatting
  • Coordinate design and production of all grid forms and structural requirements, including resume formatting, references, client information, work samples, etc.
  • Research, write, review, and edit proposal content
  • Perform quality control reviews on proposals
  • Assist with database administration, updating, and maintenance
  • Support your Proposal Writer teammates on complex bids
  • Collaborate with the delivery team members to develop winning proposals

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 1 + year of experience with creative, technical or research-oriented writing;
  • Formal education in a related field such as: English, technical writing &/or marketing/communications;
  • Have a high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Professional
  • An understanding of formal supply chains (e.g. reviewing and responding to formal RFPs, contracting, vendor management tools)
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced results driven environment with high volume of work and tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
  • Keen attention to details, proven organizational and time management skills
