- Responsabilités:_
- Participer à la collecte hebdomadaire et au portionnement des ingrédients pour les tests de recettes.
- Tester les recettes selon les normes culinaires de Goodfood; communiquer avec l'équipe de développement des recettes et prendre des notes détaillées pendant le processus.
- Responsable de faire les courses dans les magasins locaux afin d'acheter les ingrédients manquants pour nos tests hebdomadaires.
- Participer à la coordination avec les différents services afin d'obtenir des articles pour les tests hebdomadaires.
- Organiser et préparer les échantillons provenant de différents départements de Goodfood.
- Tenir un registre de tous les échantillons reçus, avec photos, poids et emballage. Mesures de l'emballage.
- Assumer une charge de travail accrue en matière de tests de recettes pendant les vacances ou les absences.
- Prendre des photos étape par étape conformément au style Goodfood lors des tests de recettes.
- Aider à organiser les photos des étapes pour l'équipe de rédaction, respecter les délais et appliquer les restrictions de la convention des noms.
- Tenir à jour l'inventaire de la cuisine d'essai.
- Exigences:_
- Avoir un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- Expérience dans une école culinaire ou une cuisine professionnelle indispensable
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Attitude positive et capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu et où les délais sont respectés
- Le souci du détail et de la rigueur
- Permis de conduire valide et voiture
- Expérience de travail avec les produits GSuite (Word, Excel)
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français)

- Responsibilities:_
- Participate in the weekly gathering and portioning of ingredients for recipe testing
- Test recipe according to Goodfood Culinary standards; communicate with the Recipe Development team and take detailed notes during the process
- Responsible for grocery shopping at local stores to purchase any missing ingredients for our weekly testing
- Participate in the coordination with different departments to secure items for weekly testing
- Organize and Prepare Samples from Different Departments of Goodfood.
- Maintain a record of all samples received, including pictures, weights and package measurements
- Take on increased recipe testing workload during vacation/absences
