**Échelle salariale basée sur la performance: à partir de $20/heure**

**Formation obligatoire de 3 semaines - Lundi à Vendredi de 9h30 à 18h00**
- **Disponibilité minimun 4-5 jours, 1 jour de week-end (horaire flexible)
**Quarts disponibles**:

- Temps partiel (18-30 heures/semaine, heure de l'est):_
- Lundi au vendredi de 17h00 à 22h15
- Samedi/ Dimanche de 8h45 à 17h15 (horaire flexible)

**Responsabilités**
- Répondre à des courriels, sessions de clavardage et des appels de clients de manière courtoise et avec diligence
- Soutenir les clients dans la gestion de leur compte Marché Goodfood
- Être expert en connaissance de nos produits, incluant nos menus qui changent régulièrement
- Penser et apporter des solutions créatives aux problèmes qui surviennent
- Occasionnellement effectuer des suivis auprès du fournisseur de livraison

**Exigences**
- Diplôme Baccalauréat ou Collégial complété (min DEC)
- Min. 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle relié au service client
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue anglaise et française ORAL et ÉCRIT
- Habiletés de communication orales et écrites de niveau expert
- Attitude positive et Esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à gérer facilement le stress
- Vous êtes passionné par la résolution de problème et maîtriser l’écoute active. Nouveaux diplômés bienvenus

**Salary range based on performance: starting at $20$/hour**

**Mandatory 3 weeks training - Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6pm**
- **Availability minimum 4-5 days, 1 weekend day (flexible schedule)**

**Available Shifts**:

- Part-time (18-30 hours/week - EST time)_
- Monday to Friday - 5:00 PM to 10:15 PM
- Saturday /Sunday - 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (flexible schedule)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in their Goodfood Market accounts
- Be a product expert, including our ever-changing menus and market items.
- Think on your feet to motto creative solutions to any and all problems that arise
- Occasionally follow up with delivery service providers

**Requirements**:

- University or college degree (min DEC)
- Min. 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Fluency in English and French WRITTEN and SPOKEN
- Expert level oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and Team player
- Ability to multitask and easily manage stress
- You have a passion for problem solving and are an active listener.
- Recent graduates welcome
