Helps clients capture, transform and manage data leading to increased field to finish efficiency and profitability.
Position Summary
At our Edmonton location, the Customer Success Representative is also responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch and will be required to perform shipping and receiving duties.

- Prompt follow up with clients and maintain constant communication around pending
- Learn the Cansel product portfolio and become an expert at suggesting appropriate

- Suggest alternative products to rapidly respond to customer needs
- Create sales orders in SAP and follow order workflow internally (order management,
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in our CRM

- Maintain inventory of incoming, stored, and outgoing goods, as well as current space
- Contact carrier representative to obtain quotes, make arrangements, and to issue
