About the Position
This position requires an energetic student who has an interest in real estate and records management.The incumbent will be responsible to assist with records management for all real estate files related to but not limited to purchase, sales, leases, capital repairs and any other related property matters. In-house training and mentoring will be provided during the term of employment.
- Some post-secondary education
- Have a basic understanding of social services programs within the territory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
