Joining the team as a Project Assistant, you will be based in Scarborough, Ontario, taking on a permanent role. Here's how you will contribute:

  • Assist project teams with administrative, technical, and clerical support
  • Support Project Managers in maintaining project schedules by arranging team meetings and communications based on project requirements
  • Utilize online research tools to gather information
  • Document meeting minutes, track tasks and progress, prepare reports, proofread and edit documents, and create presentations
  • Ensure timely delivery of project information to key stakeholders
  • Organize travel and accommodations for training sessions, conferences, and other project-related events
  • Gather additional information as needed to complete project documents
Job Requirements:

  • Adapt well to dynamic environments
  • Minimum of 1 year of business/office experience
  • Proficiency in Project Management Certification
  • Preferred experience in Project Coordination
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail
  • High school diploma required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of database and file management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and be attentive
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite is advantageous
