  • Writing estimates and reviewing photo-based estimates for accuracy
  • Strong technical automotive experience required in collision repair
  • Determining if a vehicle should be repaired or considered a total loss
  • Negotiating repair methods and prices with repair shops
  • Completing total loss evaluations
  • Assisting colleagues during peak periods
  • Participating in team meetings

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in appraising auto damages or working in an auto body shop
  • Knowledge in auto body work and mechanical repairs (3+ years)
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Adaptable to change and new technology
  • College or Technical degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
