Nous cherchons un Directeur, Sécurité, pour notre équipe grandissante

Le directeur de la sécurité TI est chargé de surveiller l'infrastructure de la sécurité des TI, assure la gestion des interventions en cas d'incidents et mène des enquêtes de sécurité. Il travaille en tant que leader technique et stratège tout en ayant la capacité de s'impliquer en pratique.

Le responsable de la surveillance de la sécurité informatique et de la gestion des incidents relève du directeur principal - Technologie et sécurité, et gère une équipe technique composée d'experts techniques et de consultants

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Assurer un support 24/7 pour la surveillance de la sécurité de toutes les opérations et infrastructures informatiques
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d'interpréter, de comprendre et de communiquer les risques d'affaires réels en lien avec les risques technologiques.
- Mettre en œuvre de nouvelles technologies en participant à l'évaluation d'outils, de logiciels et de pratiques technologiques, et aider à mettre en œuvre les contrôles permettant d'atténuer les risques opérationnels.
- Gérer la réponse aux incidents de cybersécurité et veiller à ce qu'un plan d'action bien défini, documenté et testé soit en place en cas d'incident de sécurité.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour tous les outils, technologies et processus de sécurité
- Fournir des communications rapides et efficaces aux principaux intervenants internes
- Être le point de contact principal entre Intact, PSI et ses filiales le cas échéant, en matière de cybersécurité.
- Gérer les activités de son équipe en organisant, planifiant et contrôlant l'utilisation optimale des ressources humaines, financières et matérielles selon les stratégies de l'entreprise et la planification budgétaire.
- Gestion des contributeurs individuels de l'équipe de sécurité opérationnelle.
- Maîtrisez le cadre normatif de cybersécurité de PSI et collaborez à le faire évoluer.
- Maîtrisez les indicateurs de risques afin de les communiquer à l'équipe, à les appliquer et contribuer à les faire évoluer.
- Développer ou mettre à jour les plans de cybersécurité
- Préparer et présenter régulièrement un statut formel d'avancement à la haute direction.
- Identifier et communiquer des synergies afin de mettre en œuvre des contrôles de sécurité novateurs et efficaces.
- Mesurer efficacement les risques et savoir les communiquer habilement.
- Contribuer à bâtir une culture de sécurité pour l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
- Demeurer vigilant face à l'évolution des solutions et services de cybersécurité de l'industrie afin d'assurer une protection constante contre les menaces évolutives.

**Ce qu'il vous faut**:

- Études supérieures dans une discipline liée à la cybersécurité ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente
- 10 années ou plus d'expérience de travail dans le domaine
- 5 années ou plus d'expérience à la tête d'une équipe de spécialistes cybersécurité ou d'analystes de risques
- Esprit curieux, audacieux, empathique et stratégique
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Grand sens de l'initiative, de la négociation et de l'encadrement
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Accent sur les relations de travail avec vos partenaires
- Connaissances des normes, règlements et loi régissant la sécurité de l'information (NIST, COBIT5, ISO un atout
