About the Position:

As a Supervisor at Enviros, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our Connects program, an intensive treatment program for children aged 6-12, with a focus on positive behavior and family integration.

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (with flexibility as needed).

Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
    • Maintain program standards and licensing
    • Collaborate with client support services
    • Ensure program outcomes meet contractual agreements
  • Enviros Leadership Team:
    • Support organizational strategic initiatives
    • Facilitate program team meetings
  • Organization and Administration:
    • Manage program budget and expenses
    • Prepare and submit program reports
    • Ensure compliance with documentation requirements
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Undergraduate Degree in Human Services
  • Supervisory experience
  • Background in experiential learning and strength-based practices
  • Valid criminal record and intervention checks
  • First Aid and CPR/AED 'C' certification
