Bilingual Network Analyst III (Level 3)" for its Montreal or Toronto office.

You will contribute to the team by performing the following:

  • Maintain and evolve the network core and the Infra-Solutions services
  • Participate in the technology meetings and find solutions for customer needs. (Nonstandard or complex solutions)
  • Perform complex troubleshooting when a case is escalated from a level 1 or 2 technician.
  • Develop the architecture for new customers and draw the network solutions in Visio.
  • Be available 24/7 on a rotation schedule for escalation outside of operating hours.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned to you. (Lab, configuration, etc.)

  • Ability to manage configuration in command line (CLI) for routers/switches IOS and ASDM (Firewall)
  • Professional level Cisco Certification needed (CCNP, CCDP)
  • Knowledge of RouterOS for Mikrotik is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Meraki equipements is an asset.
  • Knowledge of OpenMesh and DATO is an asset.
  • Ability to Multitask.
  • Must be fluent in French and English
