We are seeking a results-oriented, self-motivated Administrative Assistant with strong computer skills, and excellent attention to detail to join the team at our Princeton location.


Reporting to the VP of Logistics and Transportation, the Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the VP and our Logistics Coordinators to coordinate operations in a growing, fast-paced department.

This position will also work in assisting Finance to ensure our billing and collections is current.

As a used cooking oil recycling company, we take a used waste product, collect it, process it, and then use our product to create biodiesel, which is shipped to global leaders of green energy.

All wastewater collected from grease traps goes to an anaerobic digester to help make methane gas, generating electricity.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities including, but not limited to:

  • Completion of cross-border paperwork
  • Fleet vehicle licencing and registration
  • Record keeping
  • Data entry/billing
  • Order supplies
  • Setting up and maintaining of driver files/documentation
  • Assisting the VP Logistics with daytoday tasks/special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills/Education

  • Completion of a 2year diploma in Office Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of three years experience providing administrative support
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • A highly engaged, resultsoriented team player
  • Punctual, reliable and selfmotivated
  • Strong attention to detail
***Full-time hours: 40 per week

Starting Rate
:
$22-24/hr depending on experience
