You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring timely completion of repairs, maintaining quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of body shop technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize repairs to ensure efficient and timely completion of all projects.
- Oversee the quality control process to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall department performance.
- Act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive repair industry, with a focus on body shop operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of auto body repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers,
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship and customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Salary:
$21.00-$31.67 per hour
