**Lieu**: Montréal, Canada (uniquement en présentiel)

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Fournir un soutien aux ventes en répondant aux demandes des clients, en traitant les commandes et en gérant la documentation des ventes.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions personnalisées.
- Collaborer et négocier avec les fournisseurs outre-mer pour procéder à l'approvisionnement des produits répondant aux exigences des clients.
- Émettre des bons de commande aux fournisseurs et superviser les délais de production afin de garantir une livraison dans les temps.
- Suivre et contrôler les progrès de la production, en maintenant des registres et des délais à jour.
- Coordonner avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer des opérations fluides et des livraisons dans les délais prévus.
- Établir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs et les clients pour faciliter une communication et une collaboration efficaces.

We are actively seeking an experienced and proactive Sales/Sourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team at Lynco Fashion & Performance Group. **Location**: Montreal, Canada (Onsite Position)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide sales support by assisting with customer inquiries, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with and negotiate with suppliers overseas to source items that meet customer requirements.
- Issue purchase orders to vendors and manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and track production progress, maintaining up-to-date records and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to facilitate effective communication and partnership.

**Work Environment**:
This role is primarily based in an office setting, with some potential for travel. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

**Qualifications**:

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); French language skills are an asset but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, sourcing, or a related role.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work autonomously.
